Just came out to my first cis friend. I think she'll accept me but I'm still nervous

I hope she does too. Supportive friends are what is best in life.
Thank you, I'm certain she will be. When I asked for hot takes on sc she said "uhm, trans rights are human rights." but she just ain't checking messages so I'm dying.
When I sent a coming out message to my DnD group some of them just didn't know how to respond. Game came and went and I didn't know if they just didn't see the message or if they were ignoring my coming out. So after after 2 weeks of crippling anxiety I just asked them how they felt and that even if they hated me I needed some kind of response. Turns out they just didn't know how to respond. After my panicky request for acknowledgement they were very supportive, reassuring, and apologized for unknowingly giving me insane anxiety. Coming out is complicated and scary, even for the recipients of the news. Has payed off for me in the past to send a follow up text or statement asking their opnion, or some kind of response. If anything it might shorten the response time and the dread accompanying the wait for their response.
Well that's good :)
Update, he's a transman and came out to me in the response! I'm so happy
^(also one of these days I'll come out to a cis. I swears it)
