Barry Allen's Eyes

SpoilerCurrent S3 Content

In episode 8 of season 3, when Barry is talking to Billy in the front of the truck his eyes are green. This is in line with Barry's unmasked scenes in seasons 1 and 2. However, after putting his suit on, his eyes are blue.

Is there a precedence for Barry Allen's eyes changing colour when he puts on the flash suit? I'm talking other DC media here; in season 1 and 2, his eyes are all white in his Flash suit.

Is this a production error? Or is it intentional?

Production error.

My only reason for not assuming this outright, is that there are at least 3 different shots in that scene that clearly show his eyes as blue.

Yeah I think they just used a model from the JL animated movies and that’s why. He’s eyes are clearly green in other episodes.

You know who does have green eyes though?Wally West. Therefore we have 100% proof he is still alive and posing as barry allen/the flash /s

Colored contacts to hide is identity?

I miss the white eyes. I know that tradition states only Wally wore lenses with his cowl but it’s a good look. The new Barry design is cool but seems more like the one from the Flashpoint movie than Young Justice
