Anyone know what's happening here?

Guess you did not hard reset it, because it is trying to resume from hibernation and cant find the disk where it wrote the hibernation data. Try shutdown -r now

Before this happened, it didn't detect a usb drive with bunsen labs imaged on it. Then I tried to shut the computer down and it refused to, with something saying

[Failed] system shutdown

After that, I hard reset it and this is where I'm at now.

Manjaro XFCE, kernel 4.19.

You can tell it's a Thinkpad T420 by the screen.
