Wild Guess Theory

So it's definitely not 5am where I am as I write this half asleep, listening to RWBY songs like an addict needing his dose of RWBY

So this is all just wild guessing just for fun. It's gonna be mostly about Salem and Weiss/Team RWBY

What if team RWBY's end will parallel the story of Salem?

First Weiss and Salem...paralells?

• Lonely, trapped, found true freedom in their companion/s (Ozma and team RWBY)

• Salem was rescued by Ozma, said by Jinn to have prevailed due to his pure heart and courageous soul, something you could say for Ruby who is often an innocent and pure goof who, despite losing her mother to the profession, still held unto her dream of fighting on the front lines as a huntress

• Was again freed when captured and nearly sold back by Raven, by Yang to further the whole team RWBY is her place of freedom

• Both fight using elements and grimm, and might be why they seem so keen on Weiss using her summoning ability in almost every fight.

• I want to say white theme and blue eyes, but I think the eyes are different shades of blue anyway

So what would happen if by the end of the series, Ruby dies and the Gods have been called back

• I don't want to be pessimistic, but I can see Ruby dying by the end following her mother's footsteps

• Knowing Salem's story, will the remaining members of RWBY repeat the mistake of asking the Gods to return someone? Will they have differing opinions?
