IRL, Sealed deck events and Sealed draft events are also 2 sep types of events.

Well, obviously Sealed is not Draft or Forge, the point is that the OP believes it should be “Draft, Forge, or League”.

Well.. technically - it's not the same format - although they're both "sealed", you cannot choose cards from League - you just get packs and choose cards, not presented with "choose one card from these" choice.
So - "Tactician" is about "Tactically choosing cards from a pool", not really "create a deck from these bunch of cards" (which is, basically, the same as constructed but with more cards/collection).
You are correct, but tactician could easily be about tactically building a deck from a limited pool of cards, which encompasses all 3. And since it seems to exist to incentivize people to play formats besides constructed, I think it makes sense to include sealed. It would also make people happy, which I think is a big reason to change it.
I get where you're coming from, but I think they want to squeeze people a little with this reward: if Sealed was in it, too, then it would be "easier" in a way people would buy once a month league and could play as much as they want to farm it: having 5 wins in draft/forge might cost you "a little too much", especially if you're unlucky/not good with the format.. Two or even more runs would be needed to get those 5 wins and that's a lot of gold/gems to spend...
Don't get me wrong, I'd like to be it your way, I'm just playing "the devil's lawyer" here.
