So this interesting video just popped up on Buddy’s Snapchat story. I wonder if this is a reference to the Thanos Buddy meme from this summer.
If it is then some of you fools on this sub need to start thinking before you write on this sub. If our players are on reddit and seeing the posts on this sub then we all collectively need to be careful about what we say. Pretty much don’t say something that you wouldn’t say to the players face.
As a bonus Jerry Reynolds almost said horny for Harry in my opinion during last nights telecast. He said “I’m.... (catches himself) wild for Harry.”
Knowing Jerry he would have said wilds for Giles because it just sounds more poetic but it seems like he is aware of the H4H meme and almost let it slip.
You want people to be civil and level headed? This is the internet, dude. You type into the hate-box and walk away.
I guess I’m hoping that as kings fans, folks will realize that the hate they could potentially spew on here could hurt their team that they like.
I completely agree, my comment above was an attempt to be funny.
James Ham even said on his Insider Podcast that fans should really consider what good it does to complain about or trash a player online. Coincidentally he said that during a conversation about Willie Cauley-Stein who happens to be one of the players that this subreddit shits on the most.
Everyone needs to realize that these players are people too and NO GOOD can come from posting hateful shit or trashing a player online.
Yep. I concur. He mentioned social media in his recent podcast. Highly recommended listen.
So fans should only say nice things about players? Are we never supposed to talk about Willie then?
Iman shumpert has literally posted on here THIS SEASON. These people don't care. They're reactionary.
I must have missed this
Really? I missed that post. What was it
Technically he didn't post but here he is giving everyone gold.

I remember that. That was awesome.
Lol oh geez let’s not hurt anyone’s feelings. Vivek forbid! Chill out. These guys are grown ass men. And buddy is loved on this sub.
You’re my favorite burrito on this sub. But expect to get called out when you say something that easy to refute.
If we can help the team in any way, like some dudes who believe not watching games helps us win, we do it. And if we cause our team to potentially fail we have to be mindful of that as well. We can cheer our team to victory at the arena. But we can lower morale on social media worldwide because it’s global.
Evaluating players is part of the business. Going overboard and being unprofessional is too far. A user on our sub said Willie plays worse than my dog. How is that normal to say?
Free speech and all but be mindful is all I would ask. r/kingsringleader is also a place that could be used to vent stuff like that.
Buddy is loved and hardly anyone trashed him. So he’s obviously not included in this conversation.
These guys aren’t even close to grown ass men. And these guys deal with the same stuff as us. Kevin Love is a grown as mass and so is Derozan. Go read about what they are dealing with. And Pierce after his stabbing.
Besides the oldest dudes our team isn’t grown ass men. How can you even say something so incorrect? They are younger by a large margin then 85% of this sub I wager.
You’ve gotta be as dense as a burrito to argue against this. The point isn’t about hurt feelings. It’s about hurting the tram. Morale is a thing you know.
Grown ass Gobert is standing there emotional as all heck because he wasn’t picked for the all star game. KAT is crying because he did. Grown ass men indeed. Gobert is a top 30 player and he’s upset he didn’t get recognition as a top 20. So imagine how a player feels when someone hates on them and shits all over them.
Benny Mac lost his brother in a tragic event. And he’s still young. And imagine what he’s thinking if he sees people absolutely shitting on him, a dude who actually made it into the nba. He’s human too. Heck that’s probably a reason he’s still with the team. For emotional reasons.
That was the weirdest thing ever, but it kinda makes sense now?
I mean, yes, he did hit about 50% of his shots in January.
