Distinguishing Marks	Scars, tattoos, birthmarks, deformities, etc
Significant item	Include an item or trinket or two that would be significant to the character
Body Type	Muscular, plump, scrawny, etc. Include basic height
Color Scheme	If actual colors are intimidating, instead include a “vibe” - luxurious, rustic

Animal Companion	Does your character has a companion? Tell about it!
Action/Pose	What do you want your character to be doing in the picture? Facial expression. Bust vs full-body. What will the picture be used for (e.g. a Character sheet)?
Others	What else do you feel is important to know?

Alignment	Ethical and moral perspective
Personality Traits	3 adjectives to describe your character. How does the character act in a fight, favorite off time activity, iconic behavior
Ideals and Goals
Bonds and Flaws

Others

Visual concepts	Add some images you like for your character to help the artist inspiration. (creating a moodboard proved to be quite useful)
Backstory	Once upon a time...
