Yeah, what this guy said. It won’t take effect unless you hit SAVE and then APPLY.

Make sure you dont have some useless fake fullscreen option or mod that interferes with the game brightness.

Required brightness parameters for using an ENB are all the way left with the scrollbar slider.

For the ENB: make sure "UseOriginalPostProcessing=false" is not active.

To save ENB settings you need to click SAVE on top of the list.

so i press SHIFT + ENTER and change brightness but when i click apply, it reverts to default and nothing changes..
