Unfortunately, they fucked up again with the slate.

I'm giving Smilegate the benefit of doubt hoping it's an unintended miscommunication from their side and that they will compensate us with an extended period to buy the first slate. That said, I'm very pissed off with how a lot of self proclaimed geniuses on this subreddit telling people off how they had seen this coming from miles away and that we should buy it from the start when there's literally no incentive for us to do so.

It has literally nothing to do with beeing a "self proclaimed genius" or not. You just said it by yourself, we did not know if the Slate might reset or not. So you obviously buy it before the shop resets if you want to get it. You don't have to be a genius to realize that not stating if something might disappear has a possibility of it actually disappearing. If you didn't set the value of the item that high for yourself then fine don't go for it. I'm pretty sure it will simply reset so you'll still be able to get one. All this QQ is just annoying and you simply have to wait one single day until we get the Patchnotes to have all the information you need.

Lol you do know that the 2nd season slate is different from 1st season slate right? Everyone who didn't farm for it is one slate behind for no good reason

And that’s their fault. People didn’t care about the S1 slate until it was mentioned that it might be going away, should’ve have farmed it earlier...

Friendly reminder to be nice to your mods and don't be a dick they need to moderate, regardless of what "side" you're taking
