I think the person I was replying to was not saying Nationalism was a sin, but was bringing up how some people see Hitler, but not their own views.
Exactly, they are saying "nationalism is fine" which is bullshit.
No, they are saying some people say that, but not them.
I thought they were backing the preceding comment that was saying "the European far right aren't that far right" by suggesting that it is a flawed understanding if Hitler to say "one of the bad things about Hitler was nationalism"
