Service down, where can I get an estimate?

Internet has been down in the Charleston, WV area since at least 7 AM this morning. Does Suddenlink post anywhere stating when they expect service to be back up? I checked the account page and all it gives you is a very useful checkbox stating that they forgot to do their job today, check back later.

I don't recall if they have one anywhere. They may post on Twitter. Otherwise you can make a call and request Tech Support. The last time we had an outage, the recording stated unknown ETA, which I can only presume they would state an ETA. If you're lucky, you might be able to talk to someone and find out more information.

I live in saint albans and have the 1gb/50mb plan, since Friday I've been lucky to pull 10mb/0.5mb. Hopefully they get it fixed somewhat quickly. I worked outages as a main line tech for suddenlink about 8 years ago so I know how frustrating it can be going from node to tap to node and tap trying to find what board is sitting in a case of water.
