So as you can see there is no purple or blue. The stylist told me I don't know if we have those colors I'd have to check the back then never did. I told that wasn't a big deal. I can do my own purple at home. I have that color on hand. But the fact that she couldn't be bothered to check bothered me. When I showed her the pictures and told her what I wanted I accidentally mispronounced balayage. She rolled her eyes at me and corrected me. Which is fine but hurt my feelings that she was so snooty about it. Anyway after an hour and maybe 10 minutes this is what I got. I knew it wasn't right but I was too to overwhelmed at the time to say anything. I was hoping it wasn't to bad and maybe I was overreacting. The next day after looking at it even more and having people call me cheetah head I knew I had to do something. I called the salon and explained the situation and they said if I didn't like it, why did I pay for it. The stylist called her boss and her boss said no refund. I asked to speak to the boss. Got her number. Tried for a few days to get a hold of her and never was able too. So I got mad and complained on facebook. Someone took my complaint, printed it and showed it to the manager. I found out where the managers second job was and decided to go down there and talk to her face to face. I showed her my hair and she said it looks fine. She didn't see anything wrong with.

Then she showed me a copy of my post and said "I would have given you a refund but not after seeing this." I was flabbergasted. Explained myself. Apologized. Removed the post. She told me I was trashy and no one would ever want to do my hair every again.

Tl/DR I got called trashy for complaining on facebook about my bad hair cut and color on that cost me 120 dollars. She called me trashy 3 times and I can't stop crying.

Why did you remove the review? You should double down and slam them on all available media (Google, Facebook, IG, yelp, etc) people need to know that they're arseholes
