Guild Battle Tips and Tricks

Hello fellow commander,

since I saw a lot of Guilds/Member of Guilds struggle in Guild Dungeons, I thought I share my experience with them.

Guild Dungeons are very good for farming class upgrade mats since they don't cost bread and you can do as many as you have Units for! So you can save your bread for other stuff.

! Note: This is not for whales who can build every Unit they want and have everything, also obv. not for Player who already score high Contribution Points. - but you are all welcome to comment, add stuff or correct me.

Also English is not my native language, I am sorry for mistakes and simple English :D

Short to myself, I am a day 1 Player, level 49 on Salrath in the Guild "Plunder Pals". Yesterday we started a fresh Guild Dungeon and my Team scored 3,72k Points (that's Stage 11 out of 12 in the Personal points) on the first day, could have been more but we rather did higher ones to help out the Guild then scoring over 4k Points. (And also it was nearly 4am and we were tired haha). Our Towers are Level 45,42,40,38,35 at the moment.

None of us is free2play btw.

So first some general Stuff:

Get yourself a 3 man premade Group or 4-5man in-case some days people might not be available.

This is already the biggest Point, since its necessary for scoring high scores.

It's a + if you play different main factions but it doesn't matter too much if you have well build units for your main faction.

TALK TO PEOPLE! I can't stress this enough, there is an in-game chat or things like Discord (also phone app) where you can talk before you start. Quick talk about who brings which Units and then you go.

Use Gear swapping for your weaker Units this makes a big difference if you use for example an under levelled healer! It's free not unlike some other Games, so make use of it.

The Tower Faction are not always the same. You can use every Unit once per Day. I saw people asking if it's weekly.

NO. It's daily.

A quick overview of the categories we have for our Units

Carries - like Cherie, Leon but also well build tanks like Ledin, Vargas etc. (more to Tank carries later)

Healer - Every Healer you got is valuable. Just make them level 20-30 and give them the Gear from your Main Healer

B Units - Units that have a specific use for the map. For example we used a Level 1 Bozel to sleep Units when needed. Also Faction Buffer, try to get as many Units as you can a faction Buff, since if you have nothing else for a map you can at least bring a Unit that can faction buff or Tanks that can take 1 or 2 hits to save a specific Unit (like a weak Vargas)

Engines - nothing new here, just your main faction buffer.

Trash Units- Units you have not level or classed up much and you just bring to fill the roaster.

Try to find Units that can have multiple purposes like Grenier. He can bring a Faction Buff and be your Tank Unit even if not really levelled.

The Goal is to do Dungeons as high as you can to help out the Guild and use the least amount of Units per Run.
Edit: Of course you should 100% your runs so only make sure Runs but try to be Unit efficient.

Quick Example: Level 45 Empire. Player 1 brings a strong Leon and a B Unit Tank. Player 2 brings weak Healer (with main healer Gear) like Anna for her Regenerate (mine is just level 29 and it works) and a trash Unit. Player 3 brings an Empire Faction Buffer (just needs the buff and gear from your main Units) and a trash Unit. - my Bernhardt for example is just 35.So you really using just Leon to clear everything and the other Units to support him.

This is really situationally with your Units of course so I won't go into much details but if people want to see this in more Detail I could also Upload some of our Runs for specific Maps with some comments about why we did which stuff.

So its good to have a little overview of the Units from your Teammates or at least tell them what your carry needs to make a round happen with the least amount of good Units.

We always start with the highest ones and use our good Units for them as long as we can and then we switch to lower ones to use the rest of our Units. With that you make sure that your Guild has the most profit from your Grind since other people always can clear the lower ones then.

Some Tactics we were using and people might find useful:

Use also Tanks as Carries! My Ledin has faction buff on him (even though I use Elwin as my Main engine in my solo team) and Guardian. The Enemy Units are always moving towards you, so if you use a well build Tank and a good Healer (Faction buffer too if you don't have on your tank) you can just put your Units around your Tank, use Guardian and let them kill themselves. This also works with a strong Vargas or other Tanks you have. (Yes we also did a run with my Aaron - not as a full carry but he did gods work!)

Look through your Units and find things you think are useful. As I said before, we had a Level 1 Bozel with sleep just for this purpose in a run. A non-SSR example would be Leticia for her Love Support passive. We use it for Healer so they can close the gap to the carry faster when it's needed.

If you use low-level Units, always have Danger Zone on and watch out for Enemies with AoE so they don't one-shot your support Units.

Another thought:

Build now some Units you can just use for your Guild Runs, I made my main team lose some progress so I could build some Units a bit for Guild Dungeons. Since I don't care about hitting level 60 the fastest but rather have fun with my Guildmates and farm those Dungeons to the max. Also I think its still worth it in the long run since I will hit Level 50 today and might not have farmed the last few days in the time rift for upgrade mats but have a lot of Guild Points I can invest in Class upgrades.

(Also I lost some progress due to exam phase :'D )

That's it for the start since I don't want to write 10 Pages and then nobody is interested :D

If you have any Questions, suggestions or want my point of view on Units just ask here.

Might do more Guides and more specific ones if there is a need for them.

Big Thanks to my Teammates "Something" and "Vukyos" who make the Guild runs fun and bring a lot of knowledge to the table! :) I wrote this down but really its a teamwork of us since we made these experiences together and talked about it."Something" also corrected my spelling for you, so be thankful! :D (Not this one, didnt want him to read this before :D)
