Hardcore History Omnibus

I've put together all of the free episodes of Hardcore History into Google Drive to make them easier to download and listen to. Along with that they are also a variety of "quality of listening" improvements including:

  • Organized chronologically (.pdf Table of Contents), re-titled with dates, and have all the artwork added

  • Remastered the audio (intros/outros/old announcements/advertisements removed, long gaps trimmed (never again wonder if your headphones came unplugged), -10dB hard limit (no more earsplitting 'QUOTE's), cleaned up pops/breaths/historical audio/old episode distortion/interview interference...etc)

  • 1.5hrs of extra Historic Audio and Speeches

  • 2hrs of Previews of the Paid Episodes (~1min per episode)

You can also buy the older episodes from DanCarlin.com, and send me a message for the link to the remastered paid content, or you can of course download the original audio from DanCarlin.com.

  • Free Content [54 Episodes +Previews and Extras, 92hrs, 4.6GB, Free]

  • Paid Content [49 Episodes, 69hrs, 4GB, $69.99] (Or individually @ $1.99 for $89.62)

All told it ends up being around 160hrs (8.5GB) making it about $0.43 per hour, or about "a buck a show".

[Troubleshooting/Notes]

  • Drag and drop paid episodes to overwrite previews.

  • Download around 10 episodes at once if downloads stall.

  • Sort by file name if they are out of order.

  • Other problems with Google Drive and downloading

TL;DR

I made it easier to listen to Hardcore History.

I'm a little confused. Are there full shows in the free drive?

Yes, all of the episodes (92hrs) are full except for the 49 paid episodes, for which there are 1 minute previews, unless you've bought the complete collection.

Wait, who are you and why is this for sale while set up on a Google drive link? This looks incredibly unofficial

Edit: If you're affiliated somehow that'd be a useful thing to highlight

Just a dedicated fan. The link to the paid episodes goes to DanCarlin.com so you can buy it from there. Everything is above board. The Free Content is organized on Google Drive because everyone has problems with the other methods of listening. I've been in contact with Dan over the last year or so, though wouldn't call it official.
