Snuggle Specialist Sarah Commander Perk damage not as high as "advertised"

I've tested Trial Of The Dragon damage between Dragon Scorch and Snuggle Specialist Sarah with exactly same loadout, only swapping them in Commander/Support places. Both those heroes has exactly same starts, so perfect to compare damage: http://prntscr.com/muagdp

On Snuggle Specialist Sarah, Trial Of The Dragon is ticking for 68675 damage on elemental target: http://prntscr.com/muahbl

On Dragon Scorch, Trial Of The Dragon is ticking for 71357 damage on elemental target: http://prntscr.com/muagup

So instead of significantly higher Trial Of The Dragon damage on Snuggle Specialist Sarah as "advertised", we're getting slightly lower damage, of top of that losing 2 tiles wide (and higher too) initial hit damage that we're getting on Dragon Scorch.
