Help me find this mv

So basically it's an animation of an actual red heart and it's going through heartbreak I think and the heart is smoking and drinking and bleeding more and more as he goes on. And the red heart sees a white glowing heart over the other side of the cliff and the white heart shatters. It's also old maybe around 2012(?)
