Friend told me she loved me after sex

I [20F] had sex last week for the first time with my friend [21F]. We aren't super close but we've been friendly for a few months now and have made out once or twice. She doesn't do committed relationships and likes to sleep around, which I completely respect. We decided to have sex last week on the terms that it would be casual and we would still be friends, but afterwards as I was getting dressed to go home, she told me she loved me. I didn't know what to say so in response I said, "I think you're amazing," and left.

Since then, I haven't heard from her at all and we'll wave to each other on campus but we haven't stopped to chat. I do not love her and didn't think of what we did as meaning anything, as we had discussed. I'm not sure what to do now. Thoughts?
