Need help, windows 10 crashing

So my game after a fresh install, running In comp mode windows XP service pack 3, and administrator mode, I launch the game. I get the menu that’s like play, options, etc. and when I click play it makes a small black box up in The top left corner, and stays like that. It takes a force quit to quit the program.

I’ve tried nvse, nvac, nvsr, 4gb patcher, the d9 file fix, reinstalled it several times, and altered the fallout_default.ini.

Please help
