Has anyone recieved legendaries from chest or as a reward?

I'm talking like world event chest, stronghold chest, stronghold boss rewards, reward for doing legendary contracts, etc? Or is it just random from enemies?

I ask because I've received 6 legendaries so far and they have all been from random adds.
