After some minor googling, USC Caravaggio is a local cycling association from around Bergamo, Italy. It's probably from some local race, so kinda depends on what you think is 'legit'. Is it legit? Yes. Is it legit TdF? Hell no.
Thank you! So seems like a local race replica.
The jersey is modelled on a 1991 TDF, but the whole Gianni Bugno thing confused me as he never worn the KOM.
But thank you! Appreciate it
