Just started brewing, need to get rid of some meh cider

I made same "meh" cider that just doesn't have a very nice flavor. It's okay but I have an entire carboy of it (it turned out way too sweet for some reason, so I ran some apple and pear juice to dry to try "cutting" it but it didn't really work). My father has a small (2 gal I think) pot still but it literally takes like 4 hours to get 1 liter done and has really shitty temperature controls (the thermomoter seems completely off, nothing comes over until at least 100 C no matter how long you wait).

Onto my question: what's the best still to do an entire carboy as quickly as possible without breaking the bank? I do have an old pressure cooker that looks to be at least 5 gal or more that I could probably use to make a new still if they sell just contensers or something like that, though my kitchen is a bit cramped for that so I think I would also need a big portable electric stove that could handle that. I really don't know anything when it comes to this stuff so please let me know anything that might be of use, and sorry if I'm asking super common questions etc. I just dont even know where to start looking for this stuff
