Adjustment of medication

Hello. I know everyone will say that I need atleast a years stability on psychotropic medication BUT has anyone successfully appealed a denial based off of this. I’m taking Prozac, since December but it started at 20 mg and is now at 40 mg. So if you’ve dealt with something similar please DM me!
