It looks like they will probably do this for most if not all cards sooner or later. IIRC it's around 100 right now, that's already a sizeable portion. (Standard has 1512 cards with all the chaff)
And while Guttersnipe is not the greatest it is a brewer/casual favorite.

They better use the trailer animation for the Growth-Chamber Guardian.

Disregarding the 3D effect, I'd love to have non-foil versions of cards looking like this.
For example as FNM promos

Me: These cosmetics look cool but I’m not going to be spending gems on this...
Also Me: My Meme-kin deck (which runs 4 Guttersnipes) sure would look extra troll-y with these.
Wasnt the point people wanted to see cosmetics was to make cards more attainable...Do they plan on making changes to the economy with this or?
