I didn’t get a pie of misrule - what should I do?

Question

So I went to Jester queen and got the quest. Got only the stupid box worth of junk. No pie of misrule. I then did all 3 quests in all 3 regions. No pie.

I logged out and went on an alt character, talked to jester queen. No pie.

What’s going on? I don’t care about the other stuff I just want the double exp pie.

I only started playing the fame last month so I didn’t do the quest last year.

This seems to be a bug but it seems like no one else has this issue. What do I do?

Did you check the mementos section of your Collectibles? It goes in there, not into your item inventory.

It should be in your collections tab under mementos. Did you check there?

It's in Collections -> momentos and you can access it on all characters once you have completed the first quest on one character

Ok its there. Thank you. Sorry I’m still new and none of the guides I’ve read clarified this. Crisis averted.

If you have done this event in the past editions, then you will find the pie in the mementos list under your account collection tab. Even the new chars, with whom you haven't done this event, have access to it.
