Online self-help programs for headaches and migraines: myWHI Study!

I am a Research Assistant from the IWK Health Centre, hoping to spread the word about the my Wireless Headache Interventions study!

We are testing two free online self-managed programs designed to help you better understand and cope with headaches and migraines.

You can take part in this research study from anywhere in the world, from home or while you are on the go! We are recruiting worldwide.

If you have headaches or migraines, are 14-40 years of age, and have a Smartphone, our study may be a good fit for you!
