Continue barrows or stop

Started to grind barrows for the chaos runes to get 4 onyxes for senates. Currently at 680 KC with almost 3 onyxes (need7k more chaos for third) and only missing 4 items, verac skirt, ahrim staff, karils coif, and dh axe. Is it worth it to continue to get those items or are they not really worth it and just buy/do zulrah for the last onyx?
