Missing Revolut Transfer

I used Revolut to transfer a deposit for an apartment to my landlord. I transferred it exactly 3 weeks ago but it seemed to get lost in the ether. My landlord says his bank confirmed that the transfer was returned from them to Revolut on Friday but Revolut refuse to investigate / look for the money being returned.

I am getting really frustrated with the chat agents - is there any way to escalate/ get on the phone with someone?
