[GL] Obtainable F2P Gems Estimation - April 2019

Some of you may know of my series of retrospective Gem counts for the past months. As a reference, here is the post I made for the February Summary (March to be posted once the month ended):

Right. Now that the shameless plugging is out of the way let's get down to business. With the calendar of events now published, I've compiled an estimate list of gems we will be getting in March based on my experience in the past months.
Why is this useful? Let's say you want to pull for Agrias, you should see from the list below that if you start saving for her banner on the 27th of March, you will get ~24.350 gems before her banner goes away. Important notes about these numbers below the table, make sure to read!

IMPORTANT: This list is just a low key (very conservative) estimate based on past values and the event list. It also does not contain login bonuses (400 gems every 8 days), account level gems (100 per every 10 levels), irregular rewards etc. Tickets are stable at 47 for character events 8 for Lost Chapters (for any irregular event your guess is as good as mine).
Also notice that there is quite a large gap in the events starting after the 18th of April. From the past months we know that so we can expect some surprise here, it is quite possible that events at the end of the month are not published until the May schedule. Since events are on Mondays and Thursdays and maintenance is usually on Wednesdays, my educated guess is a maintenance on the 24th and some event on either 25th (Thursday) or 29th (Monday).
