[TOMT] [MOVIE] [2000s] Scene where two kids are kidnapped and taken to a sort of playhouse where the children eventually find the hanging bodies of previous children

Probably saw this around the time I was 10 (about 2005) on HBO. The main story follows a man and woman doing action-y things I think. If I recall, the male lead was somewhat prominent of an actor.

The scene in particular I remember is when the boy and girl (side characters) are kidnapped into a van and taken to a sort of playhouse. I remember a lot of yellow and many kinds of toys/play things. Eventually the children do find a closet full of the bodies of previous children hanging in plastic bags that the strangers presumably murdered. The male and female lead save the day around that time.

Anyone know what movie this is? And if so is it worth watching?
