imgur.comThe cost of a good 6-linked base (say ilvl 80 elder bow) is typically at least the cost of raw fusing (4-5ex). Technically you could use Hillock to 28% quality and craft up to 46% to 6-link, but it would probably still end up being way more expensive than simply alting +2 bow gems on a 6L Short Bow base, crafting cannot roll attack mods and beastcrafting +1 for 20-25c.

Interesting, thanks for the info! Yeah it was dropped in a tier 4 map or something and I've never been very rich in this game so I don't know what's what, most of the time.
