Selesnya core quick draft - what to cut?

Hello,
ended up with this strange mix of white pressure and green control - what would you advise to cut?
Probably inspired charge? Drop the enchants and novice, despite vine mare? Not sure if manalith is necessary, but there is a lot of double coloured mana cards. What do you think?
