Hi,

First time asking here. So i've been having some pains for like 2-3 days in my chest area and left shoulder and my anxiety went sky high because i'm kind of a hypochondriac ( i think ). I've read on google about symptoms and stuff and i kind of feel like i have had these symptoms, except the nausea and loss of breath.

I'm just curious what would it be and if it can be a heart related problem.

I've had my first panic attack last year due to stress at work and life and since then i've became more and more stressed and anxious about my health. I've visited a cardiologist last year and had a ECG done and some stress tests and he said i'm fine, so no heart related disease or some other stuff. He juts told me to lose some weight.

I've seen like every doctor possible about everything and they all told me to go see a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist just told me to leave stuff be and didn't want to give me any medication because she felt i'm fine and that i'll be able to conquer this on my own.

So my questions are :

  1. Should i be worried that i've developed some sort of heart disease in a year after my check up and should i go for another check up ?

  2. Should i be worried these are signs of a heart attack or is this my anxiety just acting up again?

I quit smoking 1 year ago when i had my panic episode and i drink like a beer or 2 once a month when i go out or something.

My diet isn't that bad ,but i do love to eat sweets after a good meal and i'm kind of chubby.

I used to do mdma a year and a half ago but i stopped when i had that panic episode because i feel like that was one of the causes that ended with me having a panic attack.

Thank you and sorry if i didn't give all the info.
