Avengers Endgame: what happens to Captain Marvel

here is a new theory for you..

Looking at all trailers (specially the latest Special look) I noticed that Captain Marvel appeared at the beginning when Avengers are discussing the idea of going and getting revenge from Thanos. And then we see her in the ship with the Avengers going to find Thanos. But the strange thing that we do not see her in any other clip in the trailer after getting on that ship. This includes all trailers... So what does that mean?!

I strongly think that Captain Marvel will be killed by Thanos at the beginning of the movie. The trailer clip showed that she was so confident about killing Thanos. she even made it clear that Avengers were beaten by Thanos the first time because she wasn't there.

I think this well be a huge shock to viewers that Thanos is still strong enough to beat the Avengers. Using force against Thanos will lead nowhere instead they need to come up with more innovative solution to beat him.
