Looking for a game but forgot name.

Hello,

I have used google search and it was hard to find, so here i am turning to reddit and hope someone would know the game name, and make.

So this game, was a japanese game, its a open world game with many challenges and such, and each time you unlock a new area of the map, you get parts, and yes parts, what you do with those parts? you build, and what you can build? almost anything, from a car, to a plane, to a submarine. the parts that they have available in the game, was, wheels, plates, gun, motor, booster and some of those turning parts, to turn your wheels or what.

The game starts you off on this simple map, where you drive around and reach a certain point, to get to the other area, you have to drive up these steep hill, but you will fail, so what you can do is go to the menu, and add some plates or adjust the angle of the plate, or you can get access to the pre made ones. after you go up the hill, you will unlock this area, with roads, so this area is a racing map. but you wont get a motor or a booster.

i remember alot from this game, there are many hidden chest you can find and open which will unlock some of the prebuild stuff, a heli, a bicycle, a radar dish, and many more. it is my first open world free build. sadly i dont remember the name, also i lost the CD which is worst. so now i turn to you guys, maybe you know of this game.
