Bug with the Unsolved:Tracking Terror Quest

On my way to the lake I came upon the den not knowing this I picked up Dr Franks journal, after completing the bread crumb quest that leads to the den, I picked up the Search around the den for clues I found the first 3 but for the life of me could not find the 4th. I searched around and found out that Dr Franks journal is one of the clues but since I already picked it up I am unable to complete the quest. I tryed dropping the journal and leaving the area but the quest is still stuck on the 3/4 clues.

Edit: Seems with the maintenance on the Xbox today Dr. Franks journal was lootable again and I was able to complete the quest.
