Anyone find the Sheepsquatch?

Spoiler alert

So... Is there an actual Sheepsquatch Creature added to the game? Or is it only the imposter boss? One of my favorite parts of the game is the Cryptid inspired monsters and if it's only the imposter that will be disappointing.
