This **is** Phishing. Ignore and delete the E-Mail. Jagex will **never** discuss your account with you unsolicited. Any game offences will be applied to your account and you will get an in-game message directing you to your game inbox.

can anyone tell me how to actually reach out to jagex support? i got an email telling me that i've been accused of offline trading (could be phishing) but i don't use that account. just want the account banned or disabled but i cannot for the life of me find a way to actually reach out to jagex support on their support page. just and endless loop of referencing other support articles. and for the actual corporate page it just tells you that any emails regarding runescape sent to the wrong address will just be deleted.
