I decided to use a spreadsheet to track my goals. I'm happy with the results. Feedback welcome!

I like this more than most apps that do this
Why? Just out of curiosity. I tried both excel and apps and in the end, I find apps to be simply more.. user friendly, although less customisable..
What would you say is the best app for this? Judt curious to try!
I'm on Android, not sure what's available on iStore.. but favourites are Habits and recently Habitbull added some nice customisation, but it could go further. Although, I still believe deep down that paper is better than screen if you're not used to tracking, as you can put it on display as a reminder
Fellow Android user here! Thank you ill definitely try both. I was also thinking of getting a journal as I move around a lot so cannot display too much but thank you again!
Loved it! Congrats on your progress. May God continue to bless you, mate.
This is awesome
Thanks! I'm quite happy with how well its working for me. Never thought I'd be able to stick with my push ups program so well!
What’s your push up system like? Do you do it in one sitting? How does it feel! I used to do an ab workout everyday... I stopped for like a week and died when I ever tried to go back
Ohh, no, I do it spread out throughout the day. On a typical day I might do two or three sets of 25 in the morning, and shorter sets of 20 or 15 in the evening.
