Question about health insurance.
So, according to net benefits, my total deductions should be $155 a month. However, I had $213 come out a this paycheck alone. What exactly is happening there?

How did you find this out from Fidelity?
Sorry, I should've said Net Benefits.
Are you a new employee?
Look on netbenefits.com and it will tell you what you are enrolled in and the cost.
I think the issue might be, because I signed up for my benefits on the 29th, I was charged the full premium for last month + half of this month.
But yeah, it should total up to 155 a month.
