Baseboard or shoe molding on side of kitchen cabinets?

Background: currently renovating my kitchen, there's no floor in - planning to go with LVP.

In order for the countertops to be level with other cabinets on the other side of the dishwasher, I've had to shim/raise an end cabinet higher than the thickness of the LVP flooring, so there's a gap. Since this is an end cabinet, it has a furniture end-grade finish, no place to add a toe-kick skin. What should be added so that this gap is covered?

Shoe molding? Baseboard? Something else?

Thanks!
