plant growing sideways

Question

so my one plant is starting to grow sideways and fall over. its 1 1/2 weeks old. So basically it started fine. but after a couple days it started to grow at a 45 degree angle.

i added a little more soil around the base to help prop it up. any suggestions or reason to why this is happening would be great! i can add a picture later if that helps.

Take a picture dude.

But I'll take a guess that your light is either too weak or it's too far away and the plant is stretching because of it.

i added a pic. im guessing its not too weak, i have a 3x3x6 grow space with a HLG 260 v2 QB. it might be to far away i think its around 28 inches from the plant. I wasn't too sure the exact height to put it at.

She looks fine maybe just stretching for light, you could lower it to 24, maybe 20 if she keeps leaning.

word im going to try that to see if it fixes it. it looked worse yesterday before i added the little amount of soil around the base. It legit had the whole steam on the ground.

It looks super healthy lol, see this is why pictures are needed it's not because we want to see the plant but because it's almost impossible to diagnose without a clear picture

Make sure your light is at max power before setting it far away. I know hlg lights usually arent cranked to max when they get to you. Other than that idk why the plant would stretch and have a weak stem. I had my 320w diy led on max 32" above my seedlings and they didnt stretch. And my light was less focused than qbs.

i honestly never even thought about that. gonna have to check when i get home. Thanks! im adding a bigger fan today to the tent to help as well. it would've already been in there but my AC broke and i kinda needed it haha
