GPU upgrade help, I need to buy it soon. Any advice is very appreciated

Hello everyone I need advice on a GPU. Ive looked at this GPU https://pcpartpicker.com/product/3JdFf7/msi-radeon-rx-570-8gb-armor-oc-video-card-rx-570-armor-8g-oc is that a good GPU? I have a 450 PSU but if a deal with games included pops up I could buy it, sell the games and buy a better PSU with that money. Im looking to buy something within a week. Thanks for all the help
