"Friend" does something stupid and claims it was all my idea next day in school

So, I don't know if this fits here but I don't know where else to put it. Also english is not my first language so.. yeah... have mercy with me.

To the story:

A little bit of context: This happened when I was in third grade, I am now 20 so I don't remember everything clearly. Me and my friend (F from now on) lived in the same small village when we were kids. We were in a dance club in a big town. F had a dance partner that she did not really like very much and she sometimes tried to kick his dick (for "fun" we were very young and she never actually hurt him, he also knew she did not mean it seriously). I never did anything to him but also did not like him that much because he was very annoying. So back to my neighbor. I was also good friends with him (he was one year younger than me) but we were not in contact very often.

One day F was at my place and we decided to go out and visit my neighbor because maybe he and his brother wanted to play with us. When we arrived they told us, their cat had given birth to a few kittens and he asked if we wanted to see them, we said yes of course so he showed us. They were very sweet but soon we got back to their yard. Then F had this brilliant idea that she could for "fun" kick my neighbor's crotch, she whispered that into my ear and I said "No you can't do that!". As my neighbor couldn't hear what F whispered to me, he came to the conclusion that we wanted to steal his kittens and ran at us and tried to catch us. F and I ran to my home and half way my neighbor gave up wanting to catch us and went home. I don't remember what happened next that day.

The next day in school in the middle of my class (F was in a different class) one of F's teachers came to my classroom and asked if I could come talk with her. So I did. She asked me what had happened the day before because F was crying in the middle of her class. I told her the truth and the only thing she said was that I should keep away from F.

Turns out F told her teacher that it was all my idea to steal the kittens or kick my neighbor's crotch (I don't know exactly what she said) and what a horrible person I was. I was quite naive at that time and did not have many other friends so I still met F after the incident but thinking about it nowadays makes me angry and I am glad that i don't have anything to do with F anymore.
