Looking for a bot that will both schedule a post and make a stickied comment under the scheduled post.

Hi,

I'm looking for a bot that can be used to do the following tasks at a scheduled time:

• make a text post
• assign a flair to the post
• leave a comment under the text post
• sticky the comment

The contents of the post and comment need to be customizable for each scheduled event.

If possible, I'd also like to be able to replace the first step with an i.reddit.com image upload, but that isn't as important.
