Cram fighter for residency?
I used cram fighter for step 1/2 & it was really helpful with setting up and keeping track of a study plan.
I can make a shcedule/plan more or less with an excel sheet, but I can't find a good task list app that isn't tedious to use to check things off every day. And I have to build each days list manually from the study plan.
I have a tendency to procrastinate, plus my old friend ADHD so a fixed daily schedule with task checklist really helps. I've been doing ok so far on rotations, but now that I'm ramping up my board prep & step 3 it's getting a little unwieldy.

I used cram fighter for step 3 and loved it, had a family emergency come up which cut my study time by a lot but it was easy to rearrange and prioritize what needed to be done with cram fighter.
Yeah, I just wish it wasn't so impractical to add custom resources, like MKSAP for boards.
Worked well for step 3 but yeah I haven’t started actual board prep yet so I can’t speak to that
We're expected to make significant improvement in our ITE scores in second year or bad things happen. I already scored ~60th percentile, so the expectation this year is >80 percentile, test is in August/September. Anything less than 80 is a) not worth recognizing, & b) meaning that we're "backsliding" according to my PD.
So I've got a crapton of material to cover :(
Wait, you're supposed to improve your percentile and not your actual score? That's... that is hard for me to get my head around. It's like your PD is expecting everyone else in your cohort to slow down and you to speed up in terms of knowledge acquisition. Right? Or am I just some schmuck incoming intern?
