Is my problem of exchanging photos after the trip with my friends finally solved?

I dunno about you guys but I'm really sick of trying to collect all the pics from the latest vacation from all buddies I've been with. It always seems to drag on forever until everyone forgets.

I just thought to myself, maybe it's because there's no good way of sharing photos after the trip. Messengers suck at sending hundreds of pics, Google photos shared albums is kinda thing for this problem but it doesn't allow you to have your OWN set of pictures, so I either have to see everybody's weird selfies or download the whole thing locally and sort the shit out of it, add my weird selfies and create a new album... arghh...

Now, I found this thing called Hamew (wtf this name, but regardless): https://apple.co/2Gn7NDl it might be just it! The interface is suited exactly for that problem: if you have a ton of photos and your friend does, and your gf has (as you two combined), and so it allows everybody to exchange everything, and have them all in one place, so I can basically delete all I don't need quickly. Neat.

Maybe you guys have a better thing to use? Or am I the only one with this problem?
