Exchange

Anyone else having problem loading exchange when buying items?

For my Main and Alt account, the exchange does not load any items when buying items. I can't even load the choices screen. However, my brother can access the exchange using his account as well as his alt account. I'm just wondering if this is specific for my accounts.
