Though I submitted papers on RNM using ultra wideband wi-fi, it took me over two years to believe wi-fi was the only method the perps conducted RNM.

I had erroneously believed RNM and DEW attacks were exclusively performed via satellite, over the horizon radar or atmospheric heaters (HAARP). I based my belief on:
(1) My storage unit was equipped with galvanized steel walls, ceiling and door. Concrete slab floor. All the storage units were. Yet, closing the door did not circumvent RNM and torture. Nor did the steel attenuate wi-fi. It was only in 2018, when I spent time writing a meter report of wi-fi hot spots throughout the storage company and the next door neighbors on both sides of the storage facility that I had realized there were hidden wi-fi emitters in my storage unit. The wi-fi emitters disappeared after wi-fi analyzer apps detected them. They reappeared with a different hot spot name. I will submit a separate post on this next month.
(2) My 1993 Toyota Camry wagon did not have wi-fi or bluetooth. Back then, manufacturers did not equip vehicles with a wireless tire pressure sensor.

My 1993 Toyota Camry Wagon
I kept my car because it was not equipped with radiofrequency and because Toyota ceased manufacturing station wagons in 1997. Station wagons are my favorite type of vehicles. I grew up riding in my mother's station wagon.
A moving vehicle cannot connect and stay connected to neighbors' wi-fi.
While driving my car and making maneuvers, I could neither elude their geo-staking nor escape RNM. The torturers conducted electric aversion therapy while I was driving. Every thought I had that they wanted to punish or make me forget, a laser attacked my brain, ear drum, eye, near my ear, etc or heavy pressure on the top of my brain. They didn't give a damn if they caused an auto accident.
It was our former mod u/CHROBtargetedme2017 who taught us attacks are ground based. He camped four days off grid and was symptom free. He urged us to camp off grid. He taught us power lines create corona discharge which creates electrostatic sound, vibration and lasers. See those Electronic Torture wikis. He taught us motorcycle helmets attenuate RNM. u/CHROBtargetedme2017 was fast killed for teaching us. I deeply miss u/CHROBtargetedme2017.
I took u/CHROBtargetedme2017's advice. On Christmas day, December 25, 2018, I camped off grid at Joshua Tree National Park. Because it was cold and windy, I sat in my car at a trail head parking lot taking meter measurements. I discovered I wouldn't be able to hike the trail anyway. While preparing for the trip, the torturers had sliced both of my Niki shoes. I glued them with Loctite shoe glue. At Joshua Tree, I discovered the torturers had resliced one of the shoes. I had not packed the shoe glue.
At the trail head, I was knocked out unconscious for several hours. I drove to the campground. I car camped at the campground. I slept in my station wagon because the weather was cold and windy. At the campground and at the trail head, I was tortured. I knew u/CHROBtargetedme2017 had told the truth.
The next morning, December 26, 2018, I realized I had to take meter measurements away from parked cars that could have a portable DEW weapon and away from my car that could have a portable DEW weapon. I returned to the trail head and started hiking carrying my body voltage meter and two water bottles. One water bottle to wet the earth to make the ground rod conductive. Despite one sliced Niki shoe, I hiked and took meter measurements. No RNM. No symptoms.
Three chemtrail military planes flew low to the ground spraying chemtrails. Immediately, I started hiking back to my car. The heaviest pressure was applied on the top of my brain. While driving, I saw three other chemtrail military planes spraying. I was poisoned by chemtrails. I drove to Palm Springs. At the time, I had not realized chemtrails had drifted to Palm Springs. I should have driven further.
Two days later at 3:30 am, I regrettably returned to Joshua Tree to continue taking meter measurements. I erroneously assumed the strong winds would have swept chemtrails away. There was tremendous chemtrails residue left which poisoned me more. I have not recovered from chemtrail poisoning. My car, camping equipment, clothes, body, etc. were contaminated from chemtrails. It took over two months to decontaminate. Next month, I will submit my meter reports of Joshua Tree.
The torturers had not anticipated I would return to Joshua Tree. Especially at 3:30 in the morning. No DEW. No symptoms until several hours later. I had intended to vacate immediately after completing meter measurements. I did not return to the trail head. I drove to several points of view with kiosks and trails. Drive by laser shooting. The torturers knocked me out for several hours while strongly lasering my brain. Upon regaining consciousness, I barely was capable of driving back to Palm Springs. To circumvent me from returning to Joshua Tree, the torturers EMP my six month old car battery. AAA towed my car to Pep Boys. Pep Boys replaced the battery under the warranty.
How to find a concealed emitter? The emitter would be battery operated. Either by its own battery or the car's battery. If it had its own battery, the battery would need to be replaced periodically. Wi-fi would not require a strong battery. The emitter was more than just a wi-fi emitter. It was also a DEW. DEWs require a strong battery. While sitting in the driver's seat, my legs and feet were heated.
Since 2015, the battery does not start if the car was not been driven for three days. AAA restarted the battery the first time. The second time, AAA towed my car to Pep Boys. Pep Boys replaced the battery under the warranty. I stored my car. AAA could not restart the battery and towed my car to Pep Boys again. In December 2018, I drove my contaminated car to storage in Palm Springs. When I tried to get my car out of storage, the brand new battery would not start. AAA could not restart the battery. AAA towed my car to Pep Boys. Pep Boys replaced the brand new battery under the warranty and replaced the old alternator. I knew the emitter uses the car battery.
In approximately July 2015, an AIR BAG OFF went on. The warning signal had not specified whether it was the driver's air bag or the passenger's air bag. I do not know whether the audio player was disconnected as I had stopped using cassettes decades ago. The radio does not work. The radio knob had been stolen. Moving the radio stick did not turn on the radio.
In 2016, a neighbor told me the fuse boxes and wiring under the hood are screwed up.
In 2017, other warning lights stayed on. In 2017, the grill to the passenger air conditioner/ heater vent had been vandalized. The perps had inserted something down the vent.
In 2018, almost all the warning lights were on and were flashing. Very distracting while driving. Pep Boys does not work on electrical. In 2018, I asked the Toyota dealer to search for a hidden GPS tracking device connected to the car battery. Toyota dealer refused. The Toyota dealer told me they just replace components. I asked the Toyota dealer to check the air bag wiring. The Toyota dealer told me the air bag is regulated by a computer near the arm rest. They neither check wiring nor repair computers. They replace computers. Toyota parts department informed me Toyota ceased manufacturing a computer for 1993 Camrys. The parts department found an used computer online for $300.
Replacing the computer is not the solution. I need to find a mechanic who will inspect all the wiring from the battery and air bag. Cars are easily broken into. Slim jims are cheap and sold on the internet. Dealer key codes can be procured and a replacement key purchased. Had I been able to find such a mechanic, would the torturers reinsert the emitter?
In 2018, suddenly my key had difficulty going into the ignition. I tried several keys. All had difficulty. I wrote on my to do list to bring my car to the Toyota dealer. The next day, my key easily went into the ignition. The torturers had hacked my ignition and returned to fix the problem they caused. They did not want a mechanic working on the ignition.
I took meter measurements of my car off, idling and slowly driving using a DC milligauss app, a handheld AC gauss meter, two antispy meters and a trifield meter. Two months from now, I will submit a meter report.
First Rental Car
At Hertz, I rented a 2018 Toyota Corolla. By the second morning, there were two error messages:
Audio player is not connected
AIR BAG OFF
These error messages establish a pattern of how emitters are concealed inside of vehicles. These error messages confirm that the problems with my Camry car were caused by the torturers.
My new ZTE phone was quickly hacked. I cannot copy or move photos, screenshots of meter apps and files to a microSD card nor to my laptop nor to a library computer.
www.f-droid.org's camera app was hacked. It cannot take photos, only videos.
Prior to the emitter:
(1) While driving on the freeway, no RNM.
(2) While at an USFS picnic ground, no RNM.
After the emitter:
(1) RNM even at an off the grid campground unless I wear a motorcycle helmet with double ear pads or glued neoprene pads.

(2) Heating of my legs and feet in the driver's seat but not in the passenger seat.
After typing this, I uninstalled f-droid's camera app. I started taking photos with android's native camera app. The torturers caused the error message "AIR BAG OFF" to display for just one second. Then it disappeared. Now only the passenger air bag indicator light stays on. The passenger air bag is on. Hacking in real time.
I took meter measurements. Later, I will submit a meter report.
I called Hertz emergency road service. They assigned a case number and approved my driving to a the closest Hertz office to change rental cars. The perps stole the print out of Hertz's case number and address. They deleted Hertz's address from a file on my microSD card. The perps stole Hertz's invoice from the glove box.
Will the torturers tamper the replacement rental car?

I exchanged the second rental car for a Kia Sportage. Approximately two days later, after each time I turn off the engine, a warning message appeared:
