Pain/Pressure in right rectum - Help

I am a 34 year old male. I weight about 175 pound at 5 feet 5 inches. About 6 weeks ago, I developed hemmoeroids and pressure in the rectum area and it was constant, especially if i sat. I think it is the reason why my hemmeroids are not healing...

About a week ago or so, the pain shifted from my rectum to my tailbone and I could feel pressure there but not as bad as rectum. The pressure from my tailbone seems to have disappeared now and its back in my rectum again..

What can cause this? I cant find anything to suggest why that it would shift from my rectum to my tailbone like this.
