Becoming a twitch streamer as a disabled gamer?

Question

I've been on the fence about this for awhile, I broke my left arm clean in half in 2017 and it was basically gutted in the surgeries that followed, and now I suffer from severe nerve damage and atrophy. I've been trying to learn how to play stick as therapy, and I thought it might be interesting to make a channel and chronicle the process. I struggle calling myself disabled though, and even though the government considers me 60% disabled, I feel like maybe I'm not disabled enough to do this, as I can still (although limited) use both arms, and I worry about the backlash. Any thoughts?
